ECC Night Receptionist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ECC Night Receptionist to join our team at Southpaws Specialty Surgery in Malvern. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care, handling client enquiries, and performing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding client care to all patients and owners
- Handle client enquiries professionally in person, by email, and over the phone
- Perform administration duties and associated tasks
- Manage the appointment schedule
- Take payments and balance the banking at the end of the shift
- Assist with product sales and client education
- Ensure the front of the house is always clean and presentable
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Reception or Customer Support
- Medical background or Veterinary Reception/Nurse background is preferred but not essential
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Polite and resilient nature
- A willingness to get involved in all areas of the clinic
- Energetic and driven
- Ability to use initiative, assume responsibility for tasks, and resolve problems
