ECC Night Receptionist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ECC Night Receptionist to join our team at Southpaws Specialty Surgery in Malvern. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care to our patients and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding client service to all patients and owners, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage the appointment schedule, take payments, and balance the banking at the end of each shift.
- Assist with product sales and client education, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and presentable front-of-house area, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and organization.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the team and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in Reception or Customer Support.
- Medical background or Veterinary Reception/Nurse background preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a polite and resilient nature.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities, with a willingness to get involved in all areas of the clinic.
- Energetic and driven, with a strong ability to use initiative and assume responsibility for tasks.
