Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and inspire a team of soft services professionals, including janitorial, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and more, across multiple states.
    • Foster a positive work culture, encourage teamwork, and provide mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the daily operations of soft services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
    • Implement best practices and continuously improve processes to optimize service delivery.
  • Client Relationships
    • Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
    • Regularly engage with clients to evaluate their satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Budget and Resource Management
    • Develop and manage budgets for soft services operations.
    • Optimize resource allocation, control costs, and explore opportunities for cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Implement performance metrics and monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present them to senior management.
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards pertaining to soft services operations.
    • Take proactive measures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.
  • Training and Development
    • Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.
    • Keep the team updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in soft services.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing soft services operations across multiple states or regions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in soft services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Budget management and financial acumen.
  • Familiarity with compliance and safety regulations in the facilities management industry.
  • Ability to travel across states as needed.
