The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled General Manager to oversee all APAC revenue operations and drive performance in terms of gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. As a key member of our Revenue team, you'll be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management to achieve regional growth and profitability targets.

You'll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and work closely with the regional and HQ teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of regional plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional strategies to drive performance, focusing on gross margin, nights traveled, and COS as a percentage of revenue.
  • Lead and manage regional teams to ensure high performance and effective execution of strategies.
  • Oversee all regional operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional gross margin, nights traveled, and COS.
  • Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of regional plans.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the region.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation in regional operations.
  • Manage regional budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, retail, or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of driving regional performance and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
