About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our State Leadership team in Greater Sydney. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers and their wider teams, delivering store operating profit budgets, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Store Managers and their teams
  • Deliver store operating profit budgets and drive business growth
  • Recruit and develop the right people for long-term succession
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Monitor and control store expense lines within agreed budgets
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are met at all stores
  • Work with the Loss Prevention Manager to control shrinkage
  • Manage team performance and provide ongoing feedback
