As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving the success of our hotel by providing exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and train the Front Office Operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and delegate duties to ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Liaise with housekeeping to guarantee the highest standard of cleanliness and visual appeal.
- A service-focused personality with a passion for pleasing people.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role or experience in a related field is an asset.
- Work in a collaborative team environment with opportunities to be exposed to all processes and workings of a hotel.
