We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day branch operations, coaching and motivating Customer Service Officers, and driving operational compliance and risk management.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, experience in financial services, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coach and motivate Customer Service Officers to achieve their full potential.
  • Drive operational compliance and risk management through effective processes and procedures.
  • Champion proactive customer engagement strategies to grow branch assets and liabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
