Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Risk Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting credit assessments of high-risk sellers, supporting Risk Onboarding and Merchant Onboarding operations, and partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Strategy to optimize merchant processes.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in commercial banking, commercial credit, or the payments industry, with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting credit assessments of high-risk sellers
  • Supporting Risk Onboarding and Merchant Onboarding operations
  • Partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Strategy to optimize merchant processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of KYC, KYB, and merchant onboarding processes in ANZ, as well as proficiency in credit assessment and risk operations.
