Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our passionate and driven team at Dreamworld and SkyPoint. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our brands, including Dreamworld, White Water World, and SkyPoint.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Work closely with media agencies to optimize campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics, conducting regular analysis to inform future strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine audience segmentation and improve targeting accuracy.
- Explore and implement new paid marketing channels and opportunities, staying up-to-date with emerging digital and traditional media options.
- Participate as a member of our marketing team, assisting with other marketing activities and park activations as required.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, with a strong background in performance marketing.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in managing large and engaged social media communities across key channels.
- Strong experience in briefing marketing collateral and creative designs, with a good working knowledge of copywriting best practice and SEO principles.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns and achieve success in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, specifically GA4.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of a strong, cohesive team, with a strong organizational skill set and ability to self-motivate.
