About the Role

Pico Play, a leading global company specializing in the design, build, and operations of innovative themed attractions, is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join its dynamic team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development team to create, develop, and execute innovative marketing activities that drive brand awareness and project success.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and engage with a diverse audience through a variety of channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate branding ideas, design promotional materials, and craft advertising content.
  • Develop and present monthly reports on key metrics such as lead generation, content creation, website traffic, SEO, and other performance indicators.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Manage and monitor the company's ongoing presence on social media platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Support outbound and inbound marketing activities, leveraging expertise in events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
  • Manage CSR activities and internal communications across multiple Pico Play offices.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing, and market research methods.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems.
  • Proven experience in planning and leading marketing initiatives.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with a passion for innovation.
  • Experience in the Attractions Industry is highly preferred.
