We are seeking a highly motivated Digital & Commerce Marketing Executive to join our team at Novotel Surfers Paradise.

This is a permanent part-time role offering four (4) days / thirty (30) hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement digital marketing and promotional activities in line with hotel goals and objectives.
  • Manage and update the hotel microsite and listing on various platforms.
  • Copywriting for websites, digital advertisements, EDMs, and other digital media.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
  • Analyse digital marketing results and share insights with the team to develop optimisation plans.
  • Creation of hotel collateral, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Keep on top of digital trends and identify new digital opportunities.
  • Support the Director of Sales and Marketing in planning and implementing the overall digital marketing business plan.
  • Coordinate influencer stays and photography shoots.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta, and CRM software.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry and/or ACCOR is advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications or related field highly regarded.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Vibrant personality, professional, and always well-presented.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to work within a team environment.
