We are seeking a talented and motivated marketing professional to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team at Big Red Group.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing both paid search (SEM) and organic search (SEO) strategies across our websites, driving traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting in the development and implementation of paid search (SEM) strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue across our websites.
- Supporting the management of paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels, ensuring campaigns are optimised for performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conducting keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and expansion.
- Monitoring and analysing paid search performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to the Senior Performance Manager and key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including brand, supply, social, and merchandising, to align paid search initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Assisting in implementing link building strategies and outreach initiatives to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
- Seeking support from Senior Performance Manager and collaborating with SEO agency and/or affiliate team.
- Supporting the monitoring and analysis of organic search performance using tools such as SEMRush, Google Search Console, and other third-party SEO platforms.
- Assisting in providing strategic recommendations and guidance to internal teams on SEO best practices and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant coursework or certifications in digital marketing or SEO is a plus.
- Previous experience or internship in paid search (SEM) and/or organic search (SEO) management is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, organisation, and efficiency.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to grow and develop in the field of search marketing.
