Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Remote Office. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid campaigns, SEO, and analyzing ad performance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding and Management: Communicate with our digital marketing managers to understand client objectives and expectations, and work closely with them to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for our clients, launch and optimize multi-country/multi-currency Google Ad Campaigns, and manage online platforms to strategize, plan, and execute paid campaigns.
- Account Management and Optimization: Set up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, manage Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, and oversee implementation, coding, and testing, debugging, and ongoing maintenance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, and provide regular ROI and KPI reporting using custom dashboards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, and work closely with developers, designers, and other marketers in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience: In PPC Advertising working in an Agency Environment, with a proven track record of success in managing large budget ads for e-commerce clients.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Analytics: Expert in Google Ads (Search, Local, and Display Campaigns), Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center.
- Technical Skills: Experience using Google Tag Manager, with proven experience setting up custom tracking scripts, troubleshooting, and debugging for e-commerce clients, and experience using Agency Analytics or similar tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, with meticulous execution of advertising campaigns, and excellent understanding of SEO, copywriting, and best web practices.
- Experience with International Advertising Campaigns: Prior experience working on international advertising campaigns, with a good understanding of multilingual, multi-region, and multi-currency advertising.
- Experience with Design and Copywriting: Understanding of design principles, flair with words, and creativity in copywriting and advertising.
- Experience with Email Marketing: Experience using email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Emma.
