Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the successful delivery of capital investment and continuous improvement projects across our warehousing network.

This role requires a strong organisational leader with practical experience in project management, logistics and warehousing, including warehouse design, construction and automation projects.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in directing project teams across site operations, HR, corporate and external contractors to ensure effective delivery.

  • Define and execute project strategies in line with capital investment and improvement objectives.
  • Lead project teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, budgets and deliverables.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support safe and reliable outcomes.
  • Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with internal and industry standards.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying barriers and proposing solutions.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
