Warehouse Operations Role

This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RF scanning all incoming deliveries and accurately recording stock levels.
  • Prioritizing orders according to deadlines and ensuring timely completion.
  • Pack orders with care and accuracy to carton size and ensure Dangerous Goods identification.
  • Closing out orders, invoicing, and creating consignment notes for accurate financial management.
  • Creating labels for consignment notes and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Reporting system issues to relevant Team Leaders and resolving them promptly.
  • FOLLOWING COMPANY POLICIES AND BEST PRACTICES IN ALL WORK TASKS TO ENSURE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Requirements:

  • Solid warehousing experience, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent RF Scanning skills, with the ability to work accurately and quickly.
  • Manual handling skills, with the ability to lift and move heavy loads safely.
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be reliable, with a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift license (not essential)
  • Able to pass a full medical, including a drug and alcohol test
