We're looking for an experienced leader to drive the daily operations of our Ravenhall Distribution Centre and lead performance across our supply chain. As a Regional Distribution Manager South, you'll be responsible for shaping strategy, optimising operations, and leading a high-performing team.
This role offers numerous opportunities for growth and development. You'll be accountable for safety, service levels, productivity, and cost control while driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading operational and strategic logistics projects.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all DC operations and supervisors at Ravenhall.
- Drive safety compliance and injury management, partnering with SH&E teams.
- Oversee site productivity, cost control, and process optimisation.
- Deliver excellent customer service, achieving DIFOT levels at 96%+.
- Lead and develop a strong, engaged, and accountable team.
- Partner with Sales, Merchandise, and Member Support to deliver service levels and initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and lead logistics projects across the tools and hardware groups.
- Has extensive leadership experience in warehousing, FMCG, retail or supply chain.
- Has strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Has proven success in driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Has experience leading large teams and creating a high-performance culture.
- Has knowledge of Warehouse Management System, safety compliance, and supply chain best practice.
- Has commercial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L and drive results.
- Is adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused.
