Job Overview:

The Executive Manager plays a pivotal role in driving leadership and project delivery excellence.

\

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires strong project management skills, financial acumen, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

\

Responsibilities include providing day-to-day management and implementation of processes and methodologies, overseeing project-related staff to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery, and closely partnering with internal stakeholders and external consultants to manage project workload.

\

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Project Management, proven experience in project management, particularly in aged care or health environments, and strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
