Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking an Operations Manager to drive the successful delivery of capital investment and continuous improvement projects across our warehousing network.

About the Role
  • Develop, implement, and manage warehouse infrastructure and automation projects in line with strategic objectives.
  • Lead project teams to ensure effective coordination and execution.
  • Collaborate with customers and logistics providers to align project outcomes with service expectations.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to support safe and reliable outcomes.
  • Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Scope, plan, and execute warehouse infrastructure and automation projects.
  2. Coordinate project teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  3. Build strong relationships with customers and logistics partners to drive business success.
  4. Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure safe and reliable outcomes.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in Operations Management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven experience in logistics and warehousing, including warehouse design, construction, or automation projects.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and operational workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
