
Revenue Growth Specialist

Sales development plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and promoting the adoption of innovative Point of Sale solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with our National Payments Manager and a team of Account Managers and BDMs across APAC. Lead generation activities and collaboration with cross-functional teams will support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media to generate leads
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage inbound leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass on high-potential opportunities to the Sales team
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role
- Familiarity with Point of Sales (POS) systems and the retail industry is advantageous but not essential
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is vital
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, technology, and making a significant impact. They must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, and must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
