Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Product Specialist in our organisation.

About the Role

  • This position involves driving successful and profitable sales of Portable Energy Storage Systems, Portable Solar Arrays, Developing Hybrid Technologies, and new sustainable solutions in the Oceania region.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure sustainable growth through direct and indirect channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with the market, support sales teams, and develop tools to aid understanding of sustainable solutions.
  2. Implement optimal marketing plans and introduce new products aggressively.
  3. Evaluate product mix, collaborate with engineering, and promote products through marketing plans.
  4. Stay updated on market price levels and ensure competitive pricing.
  5. Assist in marketing messaging and develop sales tools for market channels.
  6. Deliver the Communication Plan for the product portfolio and participate in product demonstrations.
  7. Develop competence and sales skills in market channels.
  8. Achieve optimal market coverage through Territory Management and Distributor Training.
  9. Deliver regular training to grow product understanding.
  10. Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline opportunities and business development actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven sales track record and industrial sales experience.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate PC skills, including CRM.
  • Availability for regular interstate and occasional overseas travel.
  • Driver's Licence.
