Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced New Product Introduction Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and validate manufacturing processes for new products.
  • Design, test, and refine assembly steps, testing protocols, and quality checks to ensure seamless production launches.
  • Support prototype builds and pilot runs to identify potential risks and optimize processes.
  • Drive continuous improvements in cost efficiency, production yield, and product quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes and materials science.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to identify root causes.
  • Effective project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and safety.
