Product Development Manager Role

This position is designed to nurture and develop individuals with a passion for product management, guiding them to become the next generation of Product Leaders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives and market requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and define product requirements that support brand goals.
  • Work with the Product Lead to create and maintain a product roadmap focused on feature development and enhancements.
  • Write clear product requirements and user stories to guide development.
  • Own delivery by working with the development team in an Agile environment, including UAT.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations.
  • Prioritise features based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders on product progress.
  • Assist with training documentation and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Essential Skills:
  • Solid technical background with experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • Organisational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to obtain Security Clearance.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years' experience in Product Management or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Familiarity with work management tools.
