Overview

Join to apply for the Product Development Manager role at Super Retail Group. In this role, you'll manage seasonal and promo ranges, working closely with our China Sourcing Office to deliver high-quality, compliant, and commercially successful products that get Aussies outdoors and loving it.

Responsibilities
  • Private Label Development — Lead private label strategy and product development
  • Sales & Performance – Deliver sales, profit and agreed private label deliveries
  • Product Sourcing – Manage & execute effective sourcing relationships with Sourcing Office and manufacturers
  • Progress Management – Ensure all deliverables are achieved in line with brand values and contractual obligations
  • Stakeholder Management – Develop and manage the relationships with all stakeholders for successful business outcomes
Qualifications
  • Private label & product development experience in a similar role
  • China sourcing know-how
  • Supply chain, logistics & negotiation skills
  • Stakeholder and project management strength
  • Passion for delivering great products for outdoor lovers
Bonus Points
  • Qualifications in Business, Marketing or Product Design
  • Background in Category Management or Retail
  • Experience with international suppliers
