Leadership Role Overview
The Director of Product Strategy will oversee the management and development of iconic 4x4, performance, and OEM repair brands. This includes driving innovation, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Develop and execute comprehensive product lifecycle management strategies to identify and capitalize on global opportunities
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to create data-driven pricing strategies that maximize revenue potential
Lead international market integration efforts to drive business growth
Analyze complex quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality
Support employee growth by mentoring team members and promoting best practices
Requirements-
Demonstrated success in product leadership roles, preferably within automotive or aftermarket industries
Understanding of suspension system principles and ability to leverage technical knowledge for commercial success
Experience with pricing strategy development, financial modeling, and market analysis
Proven ability to lead projects across multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear communication
Excellent interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships
Key Qualifications
We seek an experienced product strategist with a strong track record of driving business growth through innovative product development and strategic planning.
Preferred candidates will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry and its challenges, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches.
