About This Role
No two days are ever the same in this Service Administrator role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders to coordinate processes and ensure timely completion
- Regular updates to customers on their service process
- Assistance to the team with processing quotations

About You
As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, possessing outstanding communication skills, and working collaboratively as part of our team.
- Excellent customer service ethic and communication skills
- Willingness to operate in a team environment
- Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
- Efficient and hardworking with a can-do attitude
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential, with training provided
- Experience in the insurance industry is well regarded
