Job Title: Client Support Specialist

 

The Client Support Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the functions of plan management and client relationships within our organization. This role is designed to work with a diverse range of NDIS-funded clients, their support teams, and providers.

 

  • Assist clients in understanding their plans, budgeting and spending scope, and NDIS price guide at a developing level.
  • Ensure claims and reporting are accurate and timely.
  • Support high-quality record management within CRM.
  • Work within a team to provide comprehensive support for NDIS-funded clients.
  • Provide general advice and guidance to meet the differing needs of clients.
  • Escalate complex enquiries to Plan Mentor team members.
  • Ensure all data and information is up-to-date.
  • Regularly review NDIS Plans.
  • Support Plan Mentors to ensure all timeframes and targets are achieved.
  • Actively participate in client and business growth and development through client acquisition and retention.
  • Manage correspondence and documentation efficiently and confidentially.
  • Identify and report any risks to the Manager.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the NDIS, Quality and Safeguards, price guides, and guidelines, and proactively drive personal learning and growth.
  • Contribute positively to the achievement of business objectives while maintaining focus on business values.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, and engage in performance improvement and coaching.
  • Participate actively and positively in team communication, including meetings.
  • Actively participate in training provided.
