Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Customer Support Liaison.

About the Role

  • This is a 12-month contract position with opportunities for future engagement.

Main Responsibilities

  • You will manage a portfolio of customers facing financial difficulties, providing tailored support and assistance.
  • Effective communication via phone and email is crucial in ensuring customer needs are met.
  • New referrals from contact centre teams will need to be onboarded and managed efficiently.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce debt and improve customer well-being.
  • Flexible working arrangements may require on-site presence at our headquarters.

Key Requirements

  • A strong educational background and relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in ESC and AER processes and policies.
  • Contact centre experience with inbound and outbound calls and administrative tasks.
  • An empathetic approach when dealing with vulnerable customers.
  • Excellent time management and case management skills.
