About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Student Support Liaison.

This permanent role is ideal for someone with experience in administration and data entry who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to student inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in person
  • Welcome visitors and answer calls
  • Support trainers with scheduling, room bookings, preparing training materials, and updating class calendars

You will also prepare and process enrolment paperwork, training plans, attendance records, and certificates. Additionally, you will maintain accurate student data in our Student Management System (VETtrak) and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
