Client Liaison Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Liaison Administrator. This role is an integral part of our Carer Services program, providing essential support services to carers who care for family members or friends with frailty, dementia, disability, mental illness, terminal illness, or chronic health conditions.
In this position, you will be working closely with Assessment and Planning Officers and the broader Carer Services team to provide administration and customer service support. This includes acting as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, assisting with general queries, scheduling appointments for service delivery, and providing data entry support in our client management system.
As a Client Liaison Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team that shares your passion for delivering high-quality services to those in need. You will be supporting carers who provide vital care and support to their loved ones, making a real difference in people's lives.
To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience in administration and phone-based customer service roles. You should possess excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritize a varied workload, and strong initiative to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
