This is an exciting role for a Senior Program Performance Manager who can drive the success of our loyalty programs. We are passionate about creating better experiences for our customers and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance reporting and commercial analysis to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain robust commercial models for new campaigns, including ROI analysis and forecasting.
- Generate insightful performance reports that provide regular updates on program health to senior stakeholders.
- Standardise and streamline reporting processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Coach direct reports and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial and strategic experience.
- 5+ years in a similar role managing commercial modelling and performance intelligence.
- Advanced communication and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to build complex financial and commercial models aligned to loyalty KPIs.
- Data-driven with attention to detail and ability to connect data to broader objectives.
