Job Role:

Digital Marketing Strategist sought to lead performance side of the agency, overseeing paid campaigns and managing junior team members.

  • Develop and execute digital strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
  • Be client-facing, guiding strategic direction and helping shape quarterly plans and campaign executions.
  • Strong communicator, both internally and client-facing.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, testing, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with content and design teams to brief and approve creative assets.
  • Identify underperforming accounts, flag red flags early, and implement improvements.
  • Run weekly performance reviews and ensure all campaigns are aligned with client goals.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members and maintain accountability across accounts.
  • Communicate with clients when needed and ensure timely reporting.
Key Performance Indicators:

Meet campaign goals across ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CTR, depending on account objectives. Ensure accounts are checked and optimized at least 2x per week. Maintain accurate campaign launch logs and strategy notes.

Present weekly insights to management with clarity and proactive ideas. Provide two new creative directions or ideas per client per week. Identify creative fatigue and initiate updates before performance drops.
