Body Corporate Manager Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Body Corporate Management company in Brisbane, working in a professional and fun environment. Learn from the best and progress your career as an Assistant Body Corporate Manager.

You will be responsible for assisting a Senior on a mixed portfolio of large, high-end buildings, providing excellent service to clients and preparing agendas and minutes for meetings.

Key duties include:

  • Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
  • Arranging quotations and repairs for works required
  • Preparing budgets for presentations to AGMs
  • Convening and conducting meetings

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 6 months Body Corporate Management experience
  • Maturity, strong communication skills and teamwork ability
  • The ability to multi-task and remain professional in all aspects of strata management
