Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Body Corporate Manager located in the Toowoomba area. The role encompasses:

  • Managing a portfolio of unit complexes
  • Preparation of Annual General Meeting Notices (we strive for first class presentation)
  • Review of Financial Accounts for presentation to Annual General Meetings (this will involve carefully reviewing figures for accuracy)
  • Helping solve problems for owners and dealing with their enquiries (this will involve answering technical questions that owners, real estate agents and others will have)

Qualifications / Attributes of the Successful Candidate

  • Strong customer service background is essential
  • Previous body corporate management experience (including experience with Property IQ) is favorable but not essential
  • Strong organizational and secretarial skills
  • Experience in administrative duties such as managing insurance, maintaining records, and implementing decisions
  • Excellent communication skills for handling correspondence and stakeholder interactions
  • A very high attention to detail (you must want to get things right first time and every time)
  • Fast keyboard entry skills
  • Great presentation in a professional office environment
  • Excellent telephone manner (a good clear voice is essential)
  • An ability to think on the run and solve problems for people
  • Good at following things up and not simply leaving things to chance
  • A positive attitude to customer service, including always remembering – "The client is always right" so you will always be striving to keep clients happy
