We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the position of Body Corporate Manager. This role will involve managing a portfolio of unit complexes, preparing Annual General Meeting Notices, and reviewing financial accounts for presentation to Annual General Meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and previous experience in body corporate management. They will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of unit complexes
  • Prepare Annual General Meeting Notices
  • Review financial accounts for presentation to Annual General Meetings
  • Solve problems for owners and deal with their enquiries
