Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Body Corporate Manager located in the Toowoomba area.
The role encompasses:
Managing a portfolio of unit complexes
Preparation of Annual General Meeting Notices (we strive for first class presentation)
Review of Financial Accounts for presentation to Annual General Meetings (this will involve carefully reviewing figures for accuracy)
Helping solve problems for owners and dealing with their enquiries (this will involve answering technical questions that owners, real estate agents and others will have)
Qualifications / Attributes of the Successful Candidate
Strong customer service background is essential
Previous body corporate management experience (including experience with Property IQ) is favorable but not essential
Strong organizational and secretarial skills
Experience in administrative duties such as managing insurance, maintaining records, and implementing decisions
Excellent communication skills for handling correspondence and stakeholder interactions
A very high attention to detail (you must want to get things right first time and every time)
Fast keyboard entry skills
Great presentation in a professional office environment
Excellent telephone manner (a good clear voice is essential)
An ability to think on the run and solve problems for people
Good at following things up and not simply leaving things to chance
A positive attitude to customer service, including always remembering – "The client is always right" so you will always be striving to keep clients happy
