Job Title: Senior Product Manager">

As a seasoned product manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our data-driven products. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

This senior product manager position requires a deep understanding of data engineering principles and practices. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure, data pipelines, and solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of data product roadmaps and manage delivery timelines in partnership with data engineering teams.
  • Identify, capture, and prioritize data engineering requirements across different business units.
  • Work with internal and external teams to integrate and model external data sources.
  • Define scalable solutions to address technical limitations and data cohesion in our current data setup.
  • Act as the SME for all things data within product.
  • Set up and champion self-service tools and training for product managers and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor the broader product organization in data literacy and tooling.
  • Monitor and enforce policies to ensure the right data is used by the right people, for the right purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in product management, data product ownership, or technical program management.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with APIs, data catalogs, and modern data platforms.
  • Experience with tools like dbt, Redshift, Snowflake, Iceberg, Airflow, S3, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, PII handling).
  • Proven ability to work across engineering, analytics, product, and compliance teams.
