Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date engineering master data in SAP (Assets, PM schedules, Calibration, Materials).

  • Develop and implement data cleansing, transformation, and upload processes using tools like LSMW.

  • Provide timely support for service requests and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

  • Conduct thorough system testing and collaborate with IT on upgrades or fixes, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Design and create informative reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI, empowering data-driven decision-making.

  • Deliver comprehensive training to new users and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain strict data quality and compliance with regulatory standards (TGA, FDA, EMEA), guaranteeing excellence in our products.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Science, or equivalent experience in a related technical field.

  • 2-5 years' experience in engineering data, maintenance systems, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong SAP knowledge (S/4HANA preferred).

  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or QlikSense.

  • Understanding of GMP/cGMP and quality systems in regulated environments.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
