As a Digital Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between data and strategy. Your expertise in analyzing complex data sets will empower the business to make informed decisions, drive growth, and shape customer experience.

  • Analyse vast amounts of data from multiple sources to uncover valuable insights, risks, and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain self-service dashboards and performance reporting tools that provide actionable insights
  • Lead the lifecycle of website feature development, from discovery and testing through to launch, ensuring seamless user experiences
  • Collaborate closely with the dev team to continuously optimise UX, performance, and site functionality
  • Create structured processes for identifying trends and informing business decisions
  • Cultivate a culture of data-driven decision making by coaching internal teams to incorporate data insights into their strategies and day-to-day actions
  • Support loyalty performance, campaign analysis, planning, and forecasting initiatives
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytics or insights role, preferably within retail or eCommerce
  • Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, Big Query, Data Studio, Excel, and BI/reporting tools
  • Experience working with product or web analytics and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to distil complex technical insights into clear, commercial actions
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • A passion for consumer behaviour, digital performance, and continuous improvement
