Growth Marketing Professional

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies across various channels.

This role involves driving customer adoption and scaling a digital ecosystem in Australia, serving a large demographic. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or user acquisition and growth.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Possession of solid knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies to drive traffic, sign-ups, and conversions. This includes managing and optimising growth marketing campaigns across various channels, overseeing email marketing campaigns, and management and optimisation of online advertising campaigns to maximise ROI and drive conversions.
