Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a growth strategy for social platforms, working closely with editorial and audience teams.
  • Guide the execution of the growth strategy by channel, creating content ecosystems across owned and off-platform channels.
  • Drive growth with existing audiences and attract new audiences to key marquee brands or platforms.
  • Regularly monitor performance and adjust strategy for all brand, show, and sub-brand channels.
  • Track, analyse, and optimise key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions to drive platform growth.
