Community Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the brand, manage issues and deliver successful programs.
  • Maintain effective relationships with community and external stakeholders.
  • Design and implement communication policies, programs and systems and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Respond to complaints and enquiries and oversee complaint response by partners.
  • Coordinate and organize community engagement events.

Successful candidates will hold degree qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, research or community relations.

They will have experience with modern communication techniques and social media tools.
