Customer Experience Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to elevate the customer experience by connecting with customers and delivering a seamless service.

Key responsibilities include creating memorable experiences, maintaining presentation standards, processing transactions, exceeding sales targets, and providing styling advice.

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar fashion retail role, demonstrated point-of-sale system skills, an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and exposure to stock management.

THE ROLE:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to customers' needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert styling advice and recommendations.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning are maintained at all times.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately on the point-of-sale system.
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Provide support to customers in fitting rooms.
