Are you a seasoned commercial property expert looking to take your career to the next level? Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager with a passion for Business Development. As part of their dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 25 commercial properties
  • Maintain high-quality service standards for owners and tenants
  • Attend internal and external business commitments
  • Liaise with owners, tenants, contractors, and external trust accountants
  • Maintain properties in accordance with owner instructions and safety requirements
  • Ensure timely completion of repairs and capital works
  • Manage after-hours call-outs
  • Collaborate with the leasing agent to screen prospective tenants
  • Prepare necessary documentation for property leasing
  • Work alongside the leasing agent to produce market appraisals

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commercial property management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market
  • Ability to handle strong personalities
  • Current real estate license and drivers license
  • Desirable experience with Cirrus8
  • Presentable and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure
  • Hands-on approach
