Seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a high-performing industrial and commercial portfolio located throughout Perth's eastern corridor.

Job Description

As Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio while leading and mentoring junior property managers. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong tenant relationships, overseeing lease negotiations, rent reviews, and arrears, as well as conducting property inspections and ensuring maintenance and safety obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-performing industrial and commercial portfolio located throughout Perth’s eastern corridor.
  • Lead and mentor junior property managers in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through engagement, retention, and service delivery.
  • Oversee lease negotiations, rent reviews, and arrears for the portfolio.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as ensuring that all necessary maintenance and safety obligations are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial or industrial property management.
  • Proficiency with Cirrus8 software, including budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a confident and solutions-focused approach.
  • Sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting.
  • Experience in facilities management and contractor coordination.
  • High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Current PM registration, police clearance, WA driver’s license, and own vehicle.
