Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Property Executive to manage our commercial properties portfolio, ensuring optimal occupancy and rental returns.

  • This full-time role is responsible for overseeing property maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns, collaborating with clients, tenants, and contractors.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial spaces.
  • Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns.
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reporting, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure properties comply with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on property-related matters.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior property management, preferably within the commercial sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse commercial property portfolios.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop effective property strategies.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in using property management software and tools.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant property legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in property management, real estate, or a related field.
