Job Description:

This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced Team Leader or Customer Service Manager to join this established and ever-growing business.

The customer service team plays a crucial role in providing a high level of service to clients and achieving business objectives. As the leader of the team, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities include leading the team to success by implementing strategies and monitoring KPIs and performance, managing conflicts, and conducting regular training sessions. You must possess excellent communication skills and phone manner, as well as the ability to self-lead, problem-solve, and make decisions.
