Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation
