To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a front-of-house service role in the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution
  • Proven ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • A strong commitment to compliance, cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
