Lead Educator

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational community, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs that support the growth and development of children.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide Assistant Educators in delivering engaging learning experiences. You will work closely with the Leadership Team to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of every child.

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for documenting children's learning, routines, and interests while ensuring daily practices meet all compliance requirements. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives that align with our values – Inspire, Nurture, and Grow.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
  • Proven experience in being a room leader in an early childhood education setting
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills
  • Experience with Storypark is a bonus
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
