Looking for a challenging career path in logistics and supply chain management? Our two-year introductory training program is designed to equip you with the fundamental skills and hands-on experience required to excel in this industry.

The operational cadetship program offers a unique opportunity to learn the key functions of our warehouse logistics operations, including forklift training and exposure to various internal departments.

  • You will have the chance to develop your skills through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical training.
  • A comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of logistics and supply chain management.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be well-equipped to apply for permanent positions within our organization. This is a full-time opportunity with varied start and finish times, averaging 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

We are seeking individuals who possess:

  • A passion for the logistics and supply chain industry
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle
  • Reliability – punctual attendance and full participation in all training
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • A safety-first mindset
  • Basic physical fitness for manual lifting requirements

Additionally, applicants must have full working rights in Australia and the ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) which requires a national police check.
